High School Training Program designed for players looking to maintain fitness and performance over the course of the summer. This program is designed for fitness and performance over the course of 4 weeks.

Location: Cheshire High School

Time: 4:30pm-5:30pm

Dates: Monday and Wednesday Evenings

June 30, July 2, July 7, July 9, July 14, July 16, July 21, July 23

Players can select packages of sessions to attend.
