2024 CSC Summer Camp Week I July 8-12

Cheshire Soccer Club is proud to offer a soccer camp during summer vacation. We have 5 fun-filled weeks of soccer which will run from Monday, July 8 through Friday August 19. The camp will be held at the Quinnipiac Recreational Area in Cheshire, and will be run by our professional coaching staff. We have two separate camps for age groups U4-U5 Youth Academy and U6-U14 Day Camp. All players will be placed in age appropriate and level training groups during the week. Come Join us!!

Youth Academy Division

Birth Years: 2020-2019 (U4-U5)

The Youth Academy program is a starter program for players looking to just get into soccer. We provide a fun environment for the players to work on individual fundamental skills, promote motor skill development, and understanding of the game. The sessions are designed with fun games for the players to nurture their love of the game while encouraging them to develop their starter skills.

Day Camp Division:

Our Day Camp is broken into several age groups based on the level of the players as well as size of the group. The groups are U6-U8 , U9-U11, and U12-U14. Our day camp is designed to develop players' overall skills in a fun yet competitive environment and build a foundation for them to progress to the next level. Expanding on basic understanding of the game, players will be challenged to develop soccer specific individual techniques and skills. Each day, sessions will introduce a topic where players will work on fundamental techniques that will encourage creativity, competitiveness, and individuality. Our camp schedule is based on 3 session segments; individual technical growth, small group tactical development, and small sided games. Each day is focused on a specific technique and then implemented throughout the week; the technical sessions are based on dribbling skills, passing technique, ball control, and shooting. Fridays are our skills competition and "World Cup Final" day where all the players of the camp have the opportunity to play in front of their peers.
